- I will follow all instructions given to me by Confinement staff and will adhere to the game rules . if I do not comply or are disorderly, that the staff have the right to ask me to leave
- I agree that no property should be damaged as part of the game. I accept that if any theft or damage is done I am liable for the cost.
- I will indemnify Confinement against all claims, damages or losses (incl costs) which incur as the direct or indirect result of any injury or damage to my property.
- I am physically and mentally fit and there is no health or other reason why I should not participate in this game.
- I am aware that this disclaimer will not affect any legal obligations Confinement have which they cannot contract out of under NZ law.
